Radiologist & Department of Radiology

Radiologist are medical doctors who specialise in using medical imaging (radiology) procedures (exams/tests) such as X-rays, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine, positron emission tomography (PET), and ultrasound to diagnose and treat injuries and diseases.

A subspecialty of medicine known as radiology uses radiation to diagnose and cure illnesses.
Diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology are the two main divisions of this specialty.
The results of an imaging research depend on more than just the data they provide or the accuracy of their technical execution.
